Payment:

You can pay for your order by direct bank transfer, cash deposit at the bank, international bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal (min 0rder £200 only for regular shoppers) 

Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your order and information regarding the payment. If you wish to pay with Money Gram, Western Union, Paypal please get in touch with us and we will ping you over the required info. Please round up the sum to the nearest whole pound (£).  Example: £45.30 becomes £46.

It can take up-to 24 hours for your funds to clear in our account, and international transactions can take up to 2-3 days.  Your order will not be shipped until funds clear in our account.

 

Shipping:

We ship worldwide flat rate of £10, UK 1st class signed for £3, UK Special Delivery £8.

Estimated Timescales:

We try our best to dispatch your order out on the same day. We do not post on a weekend as this results in the order remaining in transit for a longer period than preferred.

 

 Please check your order confirmation email carefully for the instructions.

If the package is delivered to the customers chosen address and has been signed for and the customer then disputes he/she hasn’t actually received the package, the dispute shall then be between yourself and the courier.  This is because if we try to assist, as we have done in the past, the courier will simply refer us back to the tracker and explain that the package was signed for.

It is the customer’s responsibility to to take up this dispute with the courier and request a “denial of service” receipt which shows us that the courier acknowledges and accepts that they were at fault and somehow the parcel was either lost or stolen, once you get this and forward the proof to us we are then able to re-ship.

Customs seized my paracel.  To re-ship we will require an official letter from an authority. If the package is not seized but stuck or missing there is nothing that we can do, only offer you % off your next order with us.

Insulin. HGH has to be used in 30 days from ordering due to its storage instructions.
